Do you offer free quotes?

Yes — all quotes are free and no-obligation. For larger jobs we’ll visit or review a few photos and give you a fixed written price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. Materials are agreed with you up front and our call-outs are charged transparently from £95 + VAT (£140 for emergencies) on a no-fix, no-fee basis.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes — every job comes with our 3-year guarantee on workmanship, carried out by City & Guilds qualified, fully insured electricians, with the relevant certificates provided.

Are your prices fixed or do they change?

The prices above are guide prices for common jobs. Every property is different, so we always provide a written fixed-price quote before starting work. You won't pay more than we quote.

Is VAT included in the prices shown?

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT (+ VAT). VAT is added at the standard rate of 20%. We provide a full VAT invoice with every job.

What does "no fix, no fee" mean exactly?

On emergency callouts, if we attend your property and cannot diagnose or fix the problem, you pay nothing. This guarantee only applies to emergency/fault-finding callouts — not to pre-booked installation work, where the cost is quoted upfront.

Do you charge more for evenings and weekends?

Callouts outside normal hours (evenings, Sundays and bank holidays) are £120 + VAT for the first hour, then £65 + VAT per 30 minutes. Planned/booked work carried out during these hours is quoted separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, card payment (credit/debit), and cash. Payment is due on completion for residential jobs. Commercial clients can request 30-day invoicing.
